Sports
| soccer | | I began playing soccer when I was five. My dad being the career Navy man that he was, a large portion of my early life was spent out of the United States. On most of the bases we lived soccer and baseball were the sports of choice for youth. Two seasons of soccer and one season of baseball were the norm. After moving to Michigan, my soccer days became fewer and farther between, due to the sport's unpopularity, and my apathetic attitude towards practice. Once I got to college and found intra mural teams, my interest was back up. Now I like to play whenever I can, although since my friends are all either lazy, fat, or a combination of the two, that isn't nearly as often as I'd like.
| | | | hockey | | My hockey story is the same as my soccer story, except I didn't start when I was five. Oh, and I mostly play roller hockey, because it's cheaper.
| | | | snowboarding | | I picked up snowboarding because soccer and roller hockey are much less popular during winter in Michigan. My brother and our roomate Floyd introduced me to the sport in 2000, and I haven't stopped since.
